BeWILDerwood Cheshire Operations Manager

As a member of the Senior Management team, the Operations Manager for BeWILDerwood Cheshire is one of the most senior and key positions for the successful set up and operation for our new home.

Taking a hands-on approach to leading the day to day running of a number of departments, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of top-notch customer experience, ensuring that our visitors have the best day ever throughout the park.

Responsible for the line management of all operational departments (catering, retail, events and front of house), the role will also work with managers, supervisors and seasonal staff (the Twiggle Team) to ensure all health and safety procedures relating to park operations are being followed. They will also ensure all day to day and immediate decision-making needs of the business, in conjunction with the Park Manager, are met.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing and developing large, diverse teams, with a passion for delivering tip top customer service and experience of venue management. As this role also assumes responsibility for the BeWILDerwood ticketing and EPOS systems, acting as a first port of call for solving problems, IT literacy is a must.

Finance Manager BeWILDerwood Cheshire

We are thrilled to be ready to begin the search for our Finance Manager. As a member of the Senior Manager team, the role is one of the most senior and key positions for the successful set up and operation of our new home.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to truly make their mark on the business as we open our second park. The successful candidate will have the rare opportunity to grow their own team and, in conjunction with our current Norfolk Finance department, be significantly involved in the initial set up of all things “finance” for BeWILDerwood Cheshire before we open our gates in Spring 2020.

Once open, the Finance Manager will take full responsibility for the finance department at BeWILDerwood Cheshire; overseeing the Cheshire Finance team to ensure the provision of accurate, timely information and financial compliance.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with, motivate and manage a small multi skilled team, have experience of bookkeeping, specifically purchase and sales ledger, reconciliations and the provision of key financial information.
The ability to organise, manage and coordinate the delivery of accurate figures and information is key to the success of this role.
