BeWILDerwood Cheshire Operations Manager
As a member of the Senior Management team, the Operations Manager for BeWILDerwood Cheshire is one of the most senior and key positions for the successful set up and operation for our new home.
Taking a hands-on approach to leading the day to day running of a number of departments, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of top-notch customer experience, ensuring that our visitors have the best day ever throughout the park.
Responsible for the line management of all operational departments (catering, retail, events and front of house), the role will also work with managers, supervisors and seasonal staff (the Twiggle Team) to ensure all health and safety procedures relating to park operations are being followed. They will also ensure all day to day and immediate decision-making needs of the business, in conjunction with the Park Manager, are met.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing and developing large, diverse teams, with a passion for delivering tip top customer service and experience of venue management. As this role also assumes responsibility for the BeWILDerwood ticketing and EPOS systems, acting as a first port of call for solving problems, IT literacy is a must.
