This is all the legal boring stuff that we Twiggles don’t want to bog you down with but it has to be done to protect you (and us) from nasties, so here it is as simplified as possible….

Where you make a booking with us we require certain personal information to allow us to process your booking. This includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card or debit card number and card expiry date or information relating to your company or organisation in the case of a group/school booking.

We will collect certain information about you when you sign up to receive our e-newsletter (Twiggle Times) and other information as well as when you enter into certain activities featured on bewilderwood.co.uk (for example when you submit text, photographs, graphics or drawings).

We may have to pass on certain details to a company or organisation (our insurers, for example) in order that your booking can be processed.

BeWILDerwood may contact you (only directly as we do all our marketing ourselves) from time to time with details of our products, services or special offers or other information we think you may find interesting and we will only pass your data onto ONE selected third party, Feefo, who will contact you solely with regard to independent customer feedback which is made available to the public on our website.

If you do NOT wish your personal information to be used for direct marketing purposes please tick the box on the Customer Details section of the online booking process.

We may be required to provide information by law as permitted by the Data Protection Act or by a legal authority recognised by the European Union.

For your protection we are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and have given all appropriate notifications to the Information Commissioner.

You may request details of personal information that we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. This fee will not exceed £10.00 per data subject.
